Naturally occurring combination of the amino acids histidine and alanine, used in skin care products for its protective and skin rejuvenating properties. An antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, it protects collagen and elastin fibers in the skin from oxidative stress, improves elasticity and reduces wrinkles and other signs of aging.
